Who maintains the common areas and is lawn care included?
Bell Creek contracts with an independent lawn service company who maintains the common areas and is available for personal lawn care if desired.
How many phases are planned for the subdivision?
There are 5 phases total. We are now beginning Phase II
Are there any plans for trails, play grounds etc?
There are proposed plans for both a walking trail and playground in Phase III.
Is Bell Creek convenient to shopping and entertainment?
Bell Creek is minutes from historic downtown Staunton with unique shops, restaurants, galleries and antique shops plus the Shenandoah Shakespeare Theatre. Grocery stores, banks, drug stores and medical facilities are nearby.
Is it possible to choose a lot and a plan for a custom home?
Absolutely. We will connect you with our builder to work out the details of your new home.
Can I use my own builder?
You may use your own builder. The builder must be approved by the developers and adhere to the architectural Review board requirements.
How long until my new home is complete?
To begin a new home from the ground up, you should allow 4-6 months from start to finish.
